Cluster Head – LIC

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Head to lead LIC operations across a designated cluster. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cluster of LIC branches/units to achieve sales and revenue targets

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and customer base

• Supervise and mentor branch managers, agents, and sales teams to maximize productivity

• Ensure compliance with LIC policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards

• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management

• Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and relationship management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales leadership

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory framework

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver results under pressure

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking
